Job Description:
Laptop/Desktop/Mobile device
Provide local/remote support service for desktop/laptop/mobile day to day by receiving phone calls, emails, and internal system (Remedy).
Fault diagnosis and check system errors on the desktop/laptop/mobile (escalating to Level 2 teams or vendors when necessary).
Create and track each ticket and finish it within SLA requirement

Proceed with all kinds of projects like operating system migration, office relocation, and meeting support.
